‘We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ferme
de Montagne, the accommodation was excellent and you all made
us feel very welcome… I would strongly recommend the same
accommodation for any other clients that you have that wish
to arrange a similar trip.’

Each day's activities have been carefully crafted to give you
a rich Alpine experience, with yoga sessions woven into the holiday
to complement the serenity and balance that being in the mountain
evokes.
1st Evening
An early evening yoga session, for those who arrive in time, will
be followed by a welcome glass of champagne and barbecued dinner
on the terrace with panoramic views of the mountains.
1st Day
The day begins with a substantial breakfast, followed by a mountain
hike and a lavish picnic lunch with wonderful views of Mont Blanc.
A late afternoon yoga session and maybe a soak in the Jacuzzi
will round off the sense of well-being before a barbecue dinner
is served on the terrace.
2nd Day
Following a leisurely breakfast, we will drive to the shores of
Lake Geneva for a visit to Chateau de Ripaille and its vineyards.
Steeped in history, the chateau's grandeur and charm make it one
of the most fascinating heritage sites in the region. We will
wander around the house and its grounds and enjoy some of the
wines at a tasting. Lunch will follow at a local restaurant near
the lake, and then a quick afternoon dip in a cold mountain lake
before returning to Ferme de Montagne for afternoon tea and dinner
on the terrace.
3rd Day
A morning yoga session will wake up your body for which you will
be rewarded by a hearty brunch. In the afternoon you will be free
to wander lounge around Ferme de Montagne, have a spa treatment
or go on a beautiful guided forest walk. Tea and indulgent cakes
will be served in the afternoon followed by a gentle, restorative
yoga session on the terrace to fully relax and connect with the
surrounding natural beauty. And, of course, then dinner.
Last Day
In the morning, you will have the opportunity to learn how to
capture some of the flavour of our surroundings by joining Suzanne
Dixon-Hudson for a cookery class on the terrace. Suzanne is author
of the hugely successful The Boozy Chef in Australia. The session
will be fun and will focus on simple technique that get impressive
results, including a foolproof bread recipe, using locally picked
mountain herbs; how to preserve lemons; and making oil infusions
for delicious salad dressings. Lunch will be our morning's efforts
and a further mid-afternoon yoga session followed by yet more
cake will set you up for your journey home.
