Deposits & Payments
A deposit of 30% is payable to confirm the booking.
Final Payment
- All bookings are secured with the deposit, with full payment to be made no later than 12 weeks prior to arrival.
- Bookings made within 12 weeks of arrival must be paid in full.
- Whole property bookings to be paid for in full no later than 4 months before arrival.
Cancellations
- Cancellations need to be made to Ferme de Montagne in writing by the person who made the booking.
- Cancellation charges for individual bookings (up to 3 rooms) are as follows and are applicable from the day written notice is received.

WHOLE CHALET BOOKING CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation charges for whole property bookings will be charged as follow.
MID SEASON:
More than 16 weeks prior to arrival Nil
12-16 weeks prior to arrival 50%
8-12 weeks prior to arrival 75%
less than 8 weeks prior to arrival 100%
HIGH SEASON:
More than 16 weeks prior to arrival Nil
12-16 weeks prior to arrival 50%
less than 12 weeks prior to arrival 100%
Other information
- All bookings can be paid by credit card, cheque or Bank transfer.
- Credit cards will also be accepted at the property for incidentals.
- We accept all credit cards except American Express and Diners Card.
- Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of payment of deposit.
- Ferme de Montagne shall not be liable to the client for any defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, machinery or appliances in the property or grounds.
